Ticketing Order Form
This feature allows event organizers to gather more than just basic attendee information. By incorporating customizable questions into the ticketing process, you can collect specific details tailored to your event's needs.
This not only simplifies attendee data management but also opens avenues for creating more personalized and engaging event experiences.
Find this feature by navigating to Event Details → Settings → Collect Information From
Select the option for whether the questions for be asked for the ticket buyer only or each attendee. The option "Ticket buyer only" is automatically preselected.
Adding Custom Questions:
1. Create New Questions: Select “+ Add question” to add a new question.
- Question format: You can choose text input or additional terms and conditions.
- Question Prompt: Enter the question that your ticket buyers will see.
4. Optional settings:
1. Select required if an answer is mandatory
2. Select “Show this question for specific tickets” if you want only certain ticket purchases to require additional info. A list of all tickets will be displayed to choose from.
- Click “Save”
Remember, well-crafted questions can significantly enhance your understanding of attendees' preferences and requirements, leading to a more successful event.
Checkout process for ticket buyers:
Your customers will be presented with the questions during checkout after they have selected tickets.
Managing Collected Information:
Answers to questions will be available on the individual tickets, as well as the event CSV export.
