Refund all participants for recurring events

Refund all participants for recurring events.

Here are the steps to refund all the participants to a recurring event.

1. Click on the event that you want to initiate a refund for all the participants.
2. Click on the ‘Guests’ icon.

3. Click the three dots on the right and click on ‘Refund all Participants’. 

4. A confirmation pop-up is displayed. Once you confirm, refresh the page. The refund is processed and displays the‘ Refund’ status in each participant's name for all paid tickets.
