Already have a ticket? Get Help

Hi! If you already have a ticket to a virtual event, but don't see the "View Stream" button, you must be logged in with a different email address than the one you purchased your ticket with. To fix the issue, please do the following:

1. Log out of Viewcy

2. Log back in using the same email you used to buy your ticket. 

NOTE: If you used Facebook to buy your ticket, please log in again with Facebook.
