Already have a ticket? Get Help

If you already have a ticket to a virtual event, but don't see the "View Stream" button, the issue is, you are logged in with a different email than you purchased your ticket with.

Here is how to fix it:

1. Log out of Viewcy

2. Log back in using the same email you used to buy your ticket. 

NOTE: If you used Facebook or Google to buy your ticket, please log in again with Facebook. 

Once you've logged in, the event will be listed under your profile. Or go to the event page using the same browser, and you will see a "View Stream" button.  Click that button to access the stream.
