Promotion: Activating your community to help you promote your event.

Viewcy “promote” feature gives your team some extra incentive to share and promote events.  

How it works:

1. All collaborators get a unique share link.
2. When they share that link, Viewcy tracks the page views and money collected through that link.
3. The results are visible to everyone, gamifying promotion in such a way that everyone wins!  

You can add as many collaborators including volunteers, community members, artists, staff, etc… "Promoters" won't have any other access.

To get started:

1. Add collaborators.
   1. Open the "Guests" tab and invite everyone on your team.
2. Open the "Stats" section
   1. Copy your unique link
   2. Start sharing!
